Terms & Conditions for Orlando Car Wrapping Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Orlando Car Wrapping website located at orlandocarwrapping.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

Orlando Car Wrapping provides custom vehicle wrap services including design, printing, and installation of vinyl wraps for cars, trucks, vans, boats, trailers, and other surfaces. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are estimates and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, design complexity, and material availability.
  • A deposit may be required to schedule your project. The deposit amount will be specified in your estimate.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in project scope requested after the initial estimate.

4. Project Timeline

  • Estimated completion times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, vehicle preparation requirements, or changes in project scope.
  • We will communicate any significant delays as soon as they are known.

5. Warranty

  • Orlando Car Wrapping warrants that installation will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of installation.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, vandalism, extreme weather events, or normal wear and tear.
  • Vinyl manufacturer warranties are separate and vary by product. We will provide manufacturer warranty information upon request.
  • Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate vehicle information when requesting a quote.
  • The vehicle must be clean and free of existing damage that could affect installation unless otherwise agreed.
  • You must disclose any prior paintwork, bodywork, or existing wraps on the vehicle.
  • Payment is due in full upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Projects that have begun production (design or printing) may not be eligible for a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by Orlando Car Wrapping remain the intellectual property of Orlando Car Wrapping until full payment is received.
  • Custom designs may not be reproduced or used by third parties without written permission.
  • Customer-provided logos, artwork, and branding remain the property of the respective owners.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any artwork or branding you provide to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Orlando Car Wrapping is not liable for damage to vehicles with pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed prior to installation.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the wrap service provided.
  • We are not responsible for damage to original paint on vehicles with existing paintwork, repainted areas, or compromised clear coat.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Website Use

  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
  • All content on this Site, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Orlando Car Wrapping and may not be reproduced without permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Orlando Car Wrapping is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
